1. Currently the player has unlimited amount of time to complete the move.
2. It is suggested that the player will have a configurable time limit per move, after the time expires a default action will be taken (check/fold/draw 0 cards)

Thanks for the comment. A chat capability would be quite nice! The need for a server is obvious since the game logic is executed on a single computer; if that computer is a node in a p2p network it is still considered a 'server'...
If/when a WCF solution is added to the project, a p2p chat will probably be added as well (no promises :).
