Add WCF based communication layer


The current implementation is based on binary TCP/IP sockets. Might want to change it to use WCF

More specifically you should look at the NetPeerTCP transport for WCF, which effectively means you can create a Peer-to-Peer solution without need for a server. I give an example of usage with WPF here:

Thanks for the comment. A chat capability would be quite nice! The need for a server is obvious since the game logic is executed on a single computer; if that computer is a node in a p2p network it is still considered a 'server'...
If/when a WCF solution is added to the project, a p2p chat will probably be added as well (no promises :).
